The box includes 84 original cards with more images with absurd and dreamlike scenes of a flavor familiar from other Dixit decks (e.g. a wolf hiding inside a matryoshka doll). This expansion works best when played with the Dixit base game, which includes voting tokens, a score track, and a score track.
