Except for a few tiny spots of wear in the gilding around the edges, excellent. Publisher's bookplate identifies prior owner and that this is copy 492 in a print run of 1000. Collector's notes pamphlet laid in. Remarkable for its early enumeration of diagnostic tests corresponding to particular neurological damage.
