A flip chart on a metal coil binding, affixed within a full cloth hard cover. Fixed interior pages show a short, closed tear over the inside of the spine heel, a gluing wrinkle at the left edge, reciprocal pressure marks and little spots of rust staining at the upper left (across from the flip chart), and white adhesions around the edges of the cardstock affixing the flip chart to the cover, peeled from the reverse of the final leaf of the chart. The final leaf of the chart also bears a horizontal crease, but the chart and fixed interior are otherwise crisp and clean, the coil binding secure. The green cloth cover bears light shelf rubbing at corners and spine ends as well as tiny spots of fraying at the bottom free corners, otherwise clean and well-kept. A tidy visual aid for a well-run meeting.
