Dust jacket bears closed edge tears with attendant creases on the rear, a small, open tear at the bottom right front, thin lines of creasing along edges, and conspicuous light-gray fingerprinting and smudging on all panels, otherwise sound, now protected in a clear sleeve. 296pp.
