79 cards. This restoration of Nicholas Conver’s 1760 deck is slightly adapted to contemporary printing methods and aesthetic sensibilities. Original images are redrawn in crisp lines and colored in bright primary and secondary colors, while the faces of characters are often given the subtle suggestion of personality. Artist, tarot teacher, and astrophysicist Dr Yoav Ben-Dov spent over 3 years crafting the images. The names of cards are given in French. Justice and Strength cards appear in their original Marseilles order. Deck includes a blank card to represent possibilities, like the blank rune in runic divination, and also comes with a 56-page guidebook.
