This expansion continues the tradition of inviting a guest illustrator to design new cards in a unique style for added variety of game play. The box includes 84 original cards by Franck Dion, the director and animator of the short film Edmond Was A Donkey (Edmond était un âne). Cards include more images with absurd and dreamlike scenes familiar from other Dixit decks (e.g. three cranes with extra-long necks that wrap around each other), but in a 3D-animation style reminiscent of Tim Burton. This expansion works best when played with the Dixit base game, which includes voting tokens, a score track, and a score track. Best for 3-6 players aged 8 and up.
