Crisp, clean pages except for fading of the green topstain; no owners' marks; quarter-cloth hard cover is somewhat faded along the spine, more so and with some shelfwear at the spine ends, and bears age-toning along the top edges; otherwise attractive and well-kept. Jacket shows lines of modest surface wear and discoloration at spine shoulders and foreedges, with a long, brown droplet stain at the right front, mild toning and a few spots of foxing over the spine, tiny edge tears at spine ends, and a few small dust smudges; otherwise striking, unclipped, now protected in a clear sleeve. 382pp.
