Yale University Press, 1970. Paperback. Good. Item #056406
Three volume set. Pages crisp, bright, and clean, with no owners' marks; bindings square, spines uncreased, though the lower part of the spine of Volume 1 bears some short gluing ripples; the soft covers are rubbed around the edges and worn at the spine ends; each shows a thin, vertical reading crease at the left front edge; there is a tap and short, closed tear at the spine heel of volume 3; each volume has light surface rubbing with the occasional chip on the front, otherwise clean and attractive. Complete. A fourth volume was added to "The Philosophy of Symbolic Forms" in 1998, but it is not considered part of this set.
