The pages of this copy are crisp and clean except for a prior owner's name penned in the box on the front endpaper and two inky spots lower on the front endpapers; some age toning throughout. The binding is square and tight, the hard cover turned in slightly at the corners and a little rubbed at corners and spine ends, otherwise excellent. The jacket has a price sticker at the top of the front flap, one very short, closed tear at the top rear and another at the bottom rear, modest sunning at the spine, and a little chipping at corners and spine ends but is otherwise remarkably clean and lovely, now protected in a clear sleeve. Last title listed on front flap is "At Mystery Mansion." 238pp., pictorial eps, illustrated.
